This is a really cool and cute toy for cats. It can keep them occupied as long as there are treats in the feeder. The cat who lived in a trash can and is highly food motivated, managed to figure it out almost instantly, while my orange tabby has not yet figured it out. He’ll get that brain cell eventually. He does enjoy eating what the other cat is able to get out.As far as the treats go, you will want to start with some high value treats, although if you have a food motivated cat you switch to regular kibble after only one or two days.The kit is easy to assemble, and only took about 5 minutes. It is well constructed, and I would compare the construction to a nice human toy. The plastic construction is well made, and can stand up to some abuse when the dog tries to get to the treats. I would recommend putting it in a room the cats cannot at night or you’ll hear it spinning all night long.

This cat toy it’s adorable and it would keep a maybe younger cat entertained. My cat it’s just like me, he tends to get distracted by anything around him, and so if you don’t have a string to make him chase you, then it’s pretty hard to keep him entertained with toys. I had to put a little ball that he likes to get his attention towards the toy, but then again, my orange tabby is already 4 yrs old. The toy it’s pretty big in size, so it doesn’t have to be just for kittens, but I think maybe younger than 4 yrs old cat would enjoy it a little more and the proper way that this cat toy functions. We still going to try to get him to play with it more often and maybe I get to update this review with better news, but the toy is very cute!
