Great dog toy! Durable, flexible, and safe for chewing. My dog loves it and plays with it every day. Highly recommended!
This is a great all-around toy for almost any dog. It's a rubber chew toy that stands up to the Mighty Jowls of Sirloin, who has shredded so many toys I've lost count. It also works great as a treat dispenser - just unscrew the two halves and put some kibble inside, then screw them back together. If your dog is like Sirloin and has reached expert level in toy disassembly, a smear of peanut butter or treat paste inside is a nice reward when they get it open. And last but not least, it's a great bully stick holder to prevent your dog from choking on bully sticks, collagen sticks, and the like.Once it passed Sirloin's test of, "Is this toy good enough to beat Mommy up with?" I knew it was a winner.
It's a little big for my 7.5 pound chihuahua/terrier mix. She can push it around but not really pick it up. It's good for giving her treats that she would otherwise quickly eat. I gradually loosen it until she can unscrew it herself. The rubber is thick and stiff which should be good for aggressive chewers. The screw mechanism operates quite smoothly (for rubber on rubber).Fair value for $11.
