Great loved it.
I would not recommend. I could not get it to work correctly and this was after ordering a replacement thinking I had received a faulty one at first.
This doorbell worked out great for training my puppy. He picked up on it right away, when he needs to go outside, he paws it or boops it with his nose, and the chime plays through the receiver. The light-touch pad is sensitive enough that even a gentle tap works.I like that it comes with 60 ringtones and 5 volume levels so you can pick something that stands out without being too loud. The 1,000+ foot range is more than enough for my house, and the waterproof design means I don't worry about leaving it out. The receiver just plugs into any outlet and the adhesive stickers make installation quick.Overall it's well made and a great value.
I picked this up hoping to make potty training a little less… guessy, and honestly it’s been a really helpful tool.Setup was super easy. I just stuck the button by the door and plugged in the receiver, and it was ready to go. No complicated instructions or pairing issues, which I appreciated because I do not have the patience for that. The range is great too. I can hear it from pretty much anywhere in the house. The button is sensitive enough that my dog learned to use it pretty quickly. It doesn’t take a ton of force, so even smaller dogs should be able to manage it. The different melody options are kind of fun. I ended up picking one that doesn’t make me jump out of my skin every time it goes off, which feels like an important detail.Volume control is another big plus. You can turn it up if you’re in a larger space or keep it lower if you don’t want it blaring. It’s also held up well so far being near the door, and I like that it’s waterproof since… dogs are not always neat about things. The only “issue” is not really a flaw with the product. Once your dog figures it out, they may ring it just because they feel like going outside to vibe, not necessarily for potty breaks. So be prepared for that level of communication.Overall, this made potty training more clear and way less stressful. Definitely a useful little gadget if you’re working with a new puppy or just want a better system for your dog to let you know they need out.
Or cat loves to go in the garage and was tearing up our weather stripping too make a noise to let him in. He was little afraid of the sound at first, but was a pro in minutes!
